Get ready to take action!

January is Poverty Awareness Month so we have put together a number of easy ways for you to take action this month to help fight poverty. They’ll include opportunities to learn more about poverty and hunger in our region and the U.S., and to spread the word.

TODAY’S ACTION:

Put your state and federal legislators’ digits in your cell phone so you’re ready to call them when the time comes – it may be sooner than you think (i.e. this week)!
