Join Just Harvest in fighting for a better Department of Public Welfare!

It’s time to take a critical next step in getting a responsive and customer-friendly Department of Public Welfare.

Too many struggling Pennsylvanians cannot get the help they’re eligible for from the state’s Department of Public Welfare.

We are working to press state officials for critical improvements in DPW customer service, including the agency’s phone system, staffing levels, and management of documents.

The important next step is a meeting for Just Harvest staff and clients with DPW’s State Director of Operations, Tom Strickler, which is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 11:30am in downtown Pittsburgh.

Please join us for a planning meeting, where we will discuss our experiences, needs, and the demands that we will be presenting to Mr. Strickler to make sure we get a better DPW!
