If you have problems or questions about obtaining benefits from the PA Department of Human Services County Assistance Office, come to our Benefits Clinic!
Wednesday, November 18, 2015 from 11am – 12:30pm at the Turtle Creek Human Services Building.
Benefits clinics are interactive seminars, where the participants shape the topics that we cover to make sure that we address YOUR questions and issues. Possible topics of discussion include:
- Eligibility rules and how to apply for various public benefits administered at County Assistance Offices
- Your rights to information, customer service, and communication.
- Options for benefit recipients: education and training, good cause exemptions, and supportive services
- Your responsibilities as an applicant and client
